Rates & Insurance

Payment:
Visits are paid by check or cash at the time of the session unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Financial circumstances are taken into consideration.

Insurance:
Insurance reimbursements are handled by you, the client. A monthly statement will be issued with all necessary information for the processing of claims by the client.

Cancellations:
Notice of cancellations must be received by telephone no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session to avoid full charge for missed sessions.
